Respect the Home

 All residents must treat the property, belongings, and other residents with respect. Damages must be reported immediately. 

 Each resident is responsible for keeping their personal space and shared areas clean. Trash must be thrown out daily. 

 No overnight guests. Short daytime visits may be allowed with prior approval and must not disturb other residents. 

 Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM to ensure a peaceful and safe home for everyone. 

 Any violent behavior, intimidation, stealing, or harassment will result in immediate removal. 

 Illegal drug use, distribution, or intoxication inside the home is strictly prohibited. 

 Rent must be paid on time through RentRedi, Square, or another approved method. Late fees apply automatically. 

 Pets must be approved in advance. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. 

 Weekly room and common-area inspections are required to maintain a safe and clean home. 

 Tampering with WiFi, cameras, locks, thermostats, smoke detectors, or appliances is not allowed. 

 All communication with staff must remain respectful. Verbal abuse or noncompliance is not tolerated.

 Violating major safety policies (violence, drugs, theft, destruction, refusal to comply) results in immediate removal without refund.
